Anti-SPAM Policy

Preferred Management Inc. prohibits the use of unsolicited promotional email to advertise our company, services, or websites, including prfmgt.com and its subdomains.

This policy applies to our employees, contractors, marketing partners, affiliates, and any third party acting on our behalf. They may not send unsolicited promotional messages advertising our websites or services.

Promotional mailing lists must be based on recipients' prior consent. We do not permit purchased, rented, scraped, or otherwise unconsented address lists for promotional email. Subscription-based promotional mailings must use confirmed opt-in, accurately identify the sender, and provide a clear way to unsubscribe. Requests to stop promotional messages must be honored promptly, and suppressed addresses must not be added back without renewed consent.

We use email for ordinary business correspondence and property and association management communications. Necessary service-related notices are separate from promotional mailing lists.

To report suspected unsolicited promotion involving our company or domain, contact spam@prfmgt.com or call 201-358-9399. Please include the original message and full headers when available. We will investigate reports and take appropriate action, including stopping unauthorized promotional activity and requiring third parties acting on our behalf to comply with this policy.
