Emergency Procedure:

For life threatening emergencies, first call 911, for any other building related emergencies after 5:00 PM, before 9:00 AM, Weekends or Holidays call 201-358-9399 as there is an "On Call Property Manager". Emails are not monitored 24/7 and the "On Call Manager" responds to the 24 hour answering service and not to emails. Also, the Manager for your property may not be on call and outside of the area.
